Kathy Adams grew up in North Carolina. After college she worked in sales support for a major North Carolina furniture manufacturer. Kathy moved to San Francisco as a sales rep for same company in 1985. She opened and managed a showroom in San Francisco Mart (for same manufacturer) from 1989 to 1999. In 2001 she became a part time sales consultant for ETCETERA, a New York City based women's clothing line. Kathy has lived in Burlingame for 20 years. She is very active in area public and private schools fund raising and is a member Burlingame Chamber of Commerce. The Burlingame store opened in February 2009.
